Our Flexibility Promise
 

Travel Insurance - Highly Recommended

Whilst our promise is here for you, please note that it is not a substitute for travel insurance which we highly recommend every traveller has. Our promise has been adapted from the pandemic to assist with situations not covered by travel insurance that occur prior to departure and mean travel is no longer possible.
 

Postponement

In the event that you have to postpone your whole trip for a legitimate reason not covered by travel insurance, then you can do so indefinitely - our standard change fees as per our Booking Conditions will apply. Depending on the type of tour and activities that you have booked, seasonal increases, cancellation and change fees from some individual suppliers may also apply. Because of the strength of our relationships and longevity in the industry, the vast majority of our suppliers are happy to be as flexible as we are. This does however also come down to timing, postponement requests received in writing a few months prior to travel dates have a much higher success rate than those with a few hours notice. We understand that sometimes these things cannot be controlled however it is integral that you let us know in writing ASAP if you think you will need to postpone.
 

Security

Your itinerary and payment(s) will be securely held and transferred to new dates when you are ready to rebook the same itinerary again.

Changes

Generally speaking changes to your itinerary will not be permitted. Any requests for a new itinerary will be treated as a new booking. Minor changes when there is a genuine reason that is fair and reasonable such as substituting a heli-hike to a scenic flight due to a hip replacement will of course be taken into consideration.
