Oh my goodness we had the most amazing honeymoon! Everything was so well planned and went very smoothly. Tassie was absolutely beautiful. There was no issue with the car when we dropped it off at all. Thank you so much for helping us with that.

Our favourite moments were hiking the horse track across to crater peak and Marions lookout at cradle mountain and enjoying a wine by the fire at Peppers. There were so many animals to see there which made it so exciting. Another highlight was the cruise at Freycinet. The lunch and drinks were amazing and we saw so many seals! Our accomodation at Freycinet was astonishing! The spa bath and the beach views were unforgettable.

We really loved the wine tour at Tamar Valley and the food adventures at Bruny island. The wine and oysters in Tassie were so so good. I think we had both of those everyday for the entire two weeks. We also enjoyed St Helens was a nice little town that had character and things to do. The bay of fires rocks are so beautiful.

We can’t thank you enough and have definitely recommended you to friends and family and we would love to plan another holiday with you!

Our group of 5 started in Hobart for a 2 week self drive tour finishing in Hobart. Michelle of First Light travel arranged everything wonderfully (we arranged the air travel). The best travel agent we have used for a long time!

From Hobart we drove to Strahan, Cradle Mountain, Launceston, Bay of Fires, Swansea, Port Arthur, Bruny island. Highlights included 'lets do lunch' at Josef Cromy vineyard, Gordon River cruise, Devils at Cradle, Tasman Island cruise, Sarah Island and Tasman Island cruise. all were fabulous and we had a great no-rush holiday.

Our honeymoon was amazing. Every day was memorable in its own way and we are so glad we chose to visit Far North Queensland during this time of year. The rain didn’t stop us exploring the reef and the rainforest, and if anything it was refreshing to experience both World heritage sites without the extreme heat and crowds.

We were desperate to get away and see the Northern Territory for the first time, but with our busy work and study schedules we knew we didnt have the time to do all of the research and accommodation/tour comparisons necessary to put together an itinerary and make all of the bookings. Without help it just wasnt going to happen, so we were over the moon when we found how easy it was going to be with First Light Travel. Our consultant, Jess, was so helpful and prompt in her responses. Everything fell into place perfectly, even when we had to amend our travel dates slightly and change some things around. Having everything booked through one place was convenient and gave us peace of mind, especially travelling during these times of uncertainty and potential border closures and restrictions. The price also came in lower than we were initially expecting!

Wed recommend Jess and the First Light Travel team to anyone who just needs some of the planning and logistics taken off their hands in order to make their holiday happen. Our trip from Darwin to Uluru was an absolute dream, and we cant wait to get back to the Territory again one day!

Julie and I were both keen to thank you for the wonderful holiday we had in Tasmania. Whilst our trip was quite impromptu you did a great job of planning and booking everything in a very short period of time. The whole trip worked like clockwork and thanks to your knowledge of Tasmania we stayed in great accommodation and saw many more attractions that we had no knowledge of.

Whilst we nominated to stay in 3 Star accommodation the hotels we stayed in were of a very high standard and we had no concerns with any of the venues. The staff at all businesses were very hospitable, made us feel very comfortable, and no request was too difficult for them. Parking at all venues was great and where payment was needed it was very reasonable.

The route we planned together took us to some beautiful places providing unmatched vistas and accommodation and restaurants were always just a few minutes from the places of interest. The activities you recommended were always on time and where meals were included, very tasty and well organised.

Julie and I would have no hesitation in recommending you and First Light Travel to any friends intending to travel in the near future. Julie and I are actually hoping to travel to New Zealand in the next 18 months and look forward to using your services again.

We had the most amazing week in Tasmania. The entire trip had been meticulously planned by Michelle, everything went according to plan from collecting our car at the airport to checking into the various hotels.
