First light travel planned our itinerary for New Zealand and Australia. We did a two week trip with one week in NZ and the other is AUS. Anna Caudle was very prompt and responsive. She answered all our questions and concerns about the trip as well as took our must visit spots into consideration when planning the trip. The hotels and apartments we stayed at were very nice and clean. Transportation was well planned, we had our driver waiting for us at every airport and were timely in picking us up from the hotels. When we planned to visit New Zealand and Australia, we looked at many prearranged tours. We liked some activities and did not like others. First Light created an itinerary based on our wants, needs and budget. We were working with 2 tour agencies. We booked a 2 week road trip from Perth to Broome, via Margaret River. Using First Light was a seamless experience. Danielle our very helpful agent worked with us, and came up with a great itinerary. Everything was as promised, and we had a great time.

We used this company to book all aspects (apart from flights) of a 3-month trip down under. From start to finish (and beyond solving issues with hire car billing - big thanks to Jeff for his perseverance to resolve) their level of support was outstanding. Big shout out for Danielle who designed our itinerary and incorporated all changes we asked for (multiple times in the planning phase!) with great patience. The arrangements made all worked fine. As for value - their prices were only a small amount above what I could book it for on websites. Overall experience excellent - strongly recommend you consider using these in-country experts to plan your trip and support you through it.

Recently my wife & I took a 11 day car journey from Perth WA to Exmouth WA, which was made possible by the excellent service that Micala Lindsay from First Light Travel did in putting together a fantastic itinerary, culminating in swimming with the WhaleSharks in Exmouth. This has been on our bucket list for sometime. If you are looking for a different experience in Western Australia, this is great & Micala got it 100% right.
