Our First Light travel agent, Kasey, did a great job of planning our month of New Zealand travels. From sailing the Bay of Islands to playing golf at the Kinloch Club to exploring the South Island from Queenstown to Greymouth to Christchurch by plane, train and automobile, it was an itinerary with just enough time in each location to see stunning scenery and to enjoy the sites while staying in lovely accommodations with many delicious meals. Everything worked very well from transportation to hotels. Kudos for making our trip perfect!

Unfortunately, I happened to be there at the time where Cyclone Gita was hitting the west coast and I had plans to drive up the coast during the exact period the storm hit. I got in touch with Michelle the day before the storm was scheduled to hit and she managed to change my itinerary around at such speed so that we would not be right at the forefront of the storm. I thought this was really impressive service and I am very grateful to her and First Light Travel for that. Many companies might not even do this much for the customer at such short notice. Clearly, their customer focus is of utmost importance to them and this is why I will always recommend them to anyone who wants to visit New Zealand. I really loved the country and we found that people were really friendly and helpful. I wish Michelle and First Light Travel all the best. New Zealand is a wonderful country and I know for sure I will be back again and again!
