Adelaide Central Market is a great spot to grab lunch and indulge in some people-watching. More than 80 mouth-watering stalls offer local cheese, seafood, patisserie, and artisan produce.

Taste the Barossa - Full Day Wine Tour
Joining an award-winning small group Barossa Valley wine tour is the perfect way to get a wonderful insight into what arguably is Australia’s best food and wine region.
Situated around a 1-hour drive North of Adelaide this tour takes in the scenic Adelaide Hills before entering the Barossa region. 4 wonderful wineries which include Chateau Yaldara (1847 Wines) Peter Lehmann Wines where we have a wonderful regional platter lunch. The afternoon is made up of some sightseeing with tastings at Langmeil and Lindsay Wines. Each winery has its own style and character that is sure to leave a lasting impression.

OVERVIEW:
Discover the nature & wildlife and enjoy fantastic food & wine on an awesome three-day Kangaroo Island tour where you will experience the best the Island has to offer – and much more. See kangaroos, koalas, and wonderful native birdlife in their natural habitats, wander past wild Australian sea lions, lunch in style in a private bush setting, and visit formations such as Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch. Travel through the island’s interior and see some spectacular beaches. See dolphins and seals on a 3-hour marine adventure and taste some local Kangaroo Island food & wine.
DAY 1
Early morning pick up from your Adelaide hotel for a scenic coach journey to Cape Jervis to connect with SeaLink’s ferry for the 45-minute crossing to Kangaroo Island or travel via air to Kingscote Airport. On arrival at Penneshaw or Kingscote Airport, you will be met by your local guide and your island nature experience begins with an introduction to Kangaroo Island. Tour through several island habitats and see wildlife in its natural environment. Kangaroo Island is a haven for Australian wildlife, which exists in its natural habitat without the threat of introduced predators. Listen to the distinct sounds of the native birdlife as they chorus from the tall eucalyptus trees. Kangaroo Island is home to some 250 species of birds, many of which, through isolation from the mainland, have developed their own subspecies and are therefore unique to Kangaroo Island. As you travel the island keep an eye out for echidnas, wallabies, reptiles and wildflowers. 4 x4 Small Group Touring
At the spectacular Seal Bay Conservation Park, your guide will escort you on a memorable walk along the beach. This bay is home to a healthy Australian sea lion colony. Walk among the sea lions as they bask on the beach or among the sand dunes after their extensive fishing expedition. With your guide you are able to stand at a safe distance to these wonderful endangered creatures and hear them sigh and watch them at play. This is a truly unforgettable experience — one that you will treasure forever.
Enter our exclusive Heritage-listed natural bush property to enjoy a delicious gourmet picnic-style lunch with South Australian wine. Follow your lunch with a pleasant bushwalk looking out for koalas in the eucalyptus trees. Travel through the island’s interior keeping an eye out for koalas and echidnas. Explore the spectacular beaches and enjoy a bushwalk. Listen for Australia’s rarest cockatoo, the Kangaroo Island glossy black cockatoo and watch out for the Tammar wallaby with its small, fine features, in its natural habitat. Later in the afternoon, as the day draws to a close, see the kangaroos leave the safety of the bush to begin grazing on the open pastures. Your tour concludes at your to your accommodation for your overnight stay on Kangaroo Island.

Flinders/Remarkable Rocks/Kelly Hill
DAY 2
This morning we travel to the western section of the island and discover the Flinders Chase National Park, one of the oldest and most important national parks in South Australia. The park incorporates almost 20 percent of the island and much of it is a Wilderness Protection Area, home to a variety of fauna and flora unique to Kangaroo Island. Enjoy the opportunity to walk through the park in search for kangaroos, wallabies and a variety of birdlife.
See at close range some of the 10,000 healthy Long-nosed Fur Seals in their colony at Cape du Couedic and discover the formation of the Remarkable Rocks. These large granite boulders balance dramatically on the cliff edge, which plunges 75 metres into the turbulent Southern Ocean below. At Admirals Arch see where the powerful forces of nature have cut through the headland to create this natural geological formation.
A delicious gourmet style picnic lunch with South Australian wine will be served in a secluded bush setting. During the day koalas can be observed peacefully existing in their treetop habitat. By special permit, enter the Kelly Hill Conservation Park to see kangaroos and other native wildlife emerge from the safety of the bush land to graze on the open plains.
If time permits, visit Point Ellen at Vivonne Bay and your tour concludes at your accommodation.

Dolphin Marine Adventure & Bay of Shoals Wines
DAY 3
Travel with Kangaroo Island Marine Adventures and witness some amazing coastal formations and learn from our highly skilled guides and skipper about the ecology of the north coast and its features. We get the chance to view dolphins in their natural environment as we pass through their relaxation areas. For those that want a closer look, use our snorkel gear and jump into the dolphins’ environment for a swim! You are completely free to swim around, no ropes, no boundaries! Or for those that don’t want to get wet, sit back, and enjoy the view. On return, enjoy a gourmet picnic-style lunch featuring the delicious local produce of Kangaroo Island along with local wine.
After lunch, travel a short distance to The Island Estate Vineyards for an intimate guided wine tasting experience in their Cygnet River tasting room. Next, visit Kangaroo Island Spirits, a local company that specializes in handcrafted premium Australian Spirits and is South Australia’s only boutique distillery. Known as KIS, the company operates a micro-distillery and the award-winning Gin, Vodka and Liqueurs are all produced on the premises.
As we head back into the main township of Kingscote, we’ll drop in at Island Beehive for a tour and tastings of the organic Kangaroo Island honey, which is world-renowned for its quality and purity.
Kangaroo Island is South Australia’s newest wine region and you’ll get the opportunity to taste some local wines at Bay of Shoals Wines while enjoying the great sea views from the cellar door.
Your tour concludes at either Kingscote Airport for your return flight to Adelaide, or at Penneshaw in time for the return ferry to the mainland and coach transfer to Adelaide
