Great Ocean Road Chocolates and Sunset Tour

Depart the city at a civil time of 11;30 am and wind your way along all the main sights far behind the main tourist crowds. You will arrive at the Twelve Apostles in time for the sunset, have your cameras ready for an undisturbed view! Stop in at the Great Ocean Road Chocolatiers for some free samples of their delicious creations, they also boast award-winning Ice Cream so you can start your tour off in proper holiday mode!

Next, you travel to the Port Campbell National Park you will head down to Loch Ard Gorge. As the last rays of the lowering sun are still in the sky you will walk out to the Twelve Apostles. Once the sun has dropped purple clouds glow over the striking vista. Having soaked in the beautiful views you will head back to the bus for our return journey.

Taveuni is called the ‘Garden Isle’ for good reason. With the Bouma National Heritage Park making up more than a third of the island, the Somosomo Strait on its northern shore and an extensive marine park at Waitabu –Taveuni is the place to go if you want to lose yourself in nature.

Activities here are mostly nature-based. Cool off under a waterfall in the heart of the jungle or take a dip beneath the waves at world-famous dive sites like Eel Reef and the Great White Wall in the Somosomo Strait.

The Lavena Coastal Walk

Experience another one of Taveuni's natural wonders - The Lavena Coastal Walk. A 3-hour return hike along a coastal rainforest track leads to a tropical waterfall. About halfway along the trek, watch for the bizarre rock pedestals formed by the erosion of the coral base along the coast. Further ahead is a suspension bridge. To reach the falls at the end of the trail, you have to clamber over rocks and swim a short distance through two deep pools.

The “Garden Island” is arguably the best Fiji island for walkers and hikers! Home to the Bouma National Heritage Park, Taveuni holds a vast network of trails with options for self-guided walks and walks with local guides.

Transfer to Nobroboo Farm for a guided trip along one of the most scenic rainforest trails in Taveuni.
